When reporting a bug, please include:

• What you were trying to do
• What happened instead
• The URL of the page where it happened
• The browser you're using (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
• A screenshot if you have one

We don't ask for passwords or sensitive personal data over email. If a message claiming to be from Rtbha asks you to reveal a password or one-time code, it isn't from us.

Privacy and data requests

If you want to access, export, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, see the Privacy Policy for the full process or write to privacy@rtbha.com. We respond to verified requests within thirty days.

You can also delete your account directly from Settings → Danger zone, which permanently removes your résumé, analyses, and all generated documents.

Advertising

Rtbha displays advertising on public marketing pages. If you operate an ad network or want to inquire about a direct placement, write to ads@rtbha.com.

Security disclosure

If you've found a security issue, please report it to security@rtbha.com privately rather than posting publicly. We acknowledge reports within forty-eight hours and credit researchers who report responsibly.
