About Rtbha

Rtbha is a bilingual AI career assistant for the MENA region and beyond. We help candidates evaluate whether a job actually fits them, then generate the application materials they need — a tailored CV, a cover letter, and an interview prep pack — all grounded in their real résumé. No fabrication.

Why we built this

Generic résumé tools rewrite your résumé until it sounds like everyone else's. They also invent things — companies you didn't work for, metrics you didn't achieve, skills you don't have. That's bad for you and bad for the people interviewing you.

Rtbha takes a different approach. We parse your résumé once into a structured profile, then use it as the only source of truth when generating tailored documents. A second pass (the no-fabrication verifier) re-reads every generated CV against your source profile. If anything was invented, we regenerate automatically. If after three attempts we can't produce a clean version, we tell you — instead of shipping something dishonest.

How we're different

• No fabrication, verified. Every tailored CV is checked against your source profile. We catch invented claims before they reach you.
• Bilingual by design. Every screen, every prompt, every document supports English and Arabic. Arabic isn't an afterthought translation — it's typeset properly in Cairo, flips RTL where it should, and exports cleanly to PDF and DOCX.
• One profile, many applications. Parse your résumé once. Reuse it for every job. Each analysis takes about thirty seconds.
• Honest scoring. When you're not a great fit for a job, we tell you. The match score reflects what's actually in your résumé versus what the job requires.

How we make money

Free tier: 10 analyses per month, no credit card. Pro tier (when we launch billing): unlimited analyses for active job seekers, billed monthly with no commitment.

We also display advertising on public marketing pages (subject to your consent). We never show ads inside generated documents and we never sell your data.

Who built this

Rtbha is built by Mohammed, an independent software engineer based in the MENA region. The product grew out of his own frustration with generic résumé tools that hallucinated work history. Every feature you see — résumé parsing, the no-fabrication verifier, bilingual document export — was written, used on his own job applications, and refined before being shipped to anyone else.
